I just love this stuff!  It's worth the little extra cost.  It reminds me of when I was a kid in the 1970s growing up in Traverse City, Michigan when we would go to the local junior college for their spring open house and the free buffalo burgers sponsored by the Olson's farms.   This buffalo jerky has a real bison flavor and unlike other places, you can tell you are eating buffalo and not just beef jerky.  It is done right, very natural, with no additives and artificial flavorings.   When I place orders with Dublin General store, the buffalo jerky is always on my list, along with the original beef jerky and their most fabulous original venison jerky.
